As a mother of four, I’ve lived the reality of putting everyone else first. Four pregnancies, four C-sections, 48 months of breastfeeding, and countless sleepless nights spent nurturing, caring, and giving. My body gave life, my time poured love, and my energy built everything around me—but somewhere along the way, I lost me.
I lost my time to endless caregiving.
I lost my body to exhaustion.
I lost my dreams under the weight of everyone else’s needs.
But then, I made a choice.
I chose to take stock of my life. I asked myself the hard questions:
💔 What have I lost?
⏰ What does my day-to-day life reflect about my priorities?
🌱 What parts of myself do I miss the most?
The answers weren’t easy, but they were freeing. That was the moment I began reclaiming my life—one piece at a time.
Now, I’m inviting YOU to join me. This week, we begin with Reflection. Take a moment to look back and ask yourself:
What have you given away that you’re ready to reclaim?
To make this journey easier, I created a journal just for us, print it out and start filling it out at your convenience this week. If you are led to share any of your reflections, please share them on social media, a blog post, or send me an email. Tag me on social or simply use the hashtag #TheBigReclaim
This is your time. Your journey. Your life to rebuild.
